Unique ratchet tube cutter handle where#8028 3/16" to 7/8" (4mm to 22mm) capacity tube cutter simply slots into the handle. The tube cutter has adjustments for both hard and soft material pipe. Both cutter and handle make the set or can be purchased individually.
