BM20200 Mobile Roller Brake Tester - BM - #CD111015

Mobile brake tester with 13 tonne axle load. One man operation. Measuring system is based on latest microprocessor technology. Automatic data collection and calculation of all test results. Long lifetime is ensured by hot galvanised roller field with gas spring controlled middle roller and soft start of motors. Transportable and on ground installation. Can be equipped to meet exactly your demands and requirements.

The BM20200 roller brake tester is designed for direct on-ground installation without need of civil work. It requires only approximately 10 minutes for one person to set it up for operation.

This brake tester features a large range of options that allows for a customised configuration.

OPTIONS

Robust and long lasting:
- All steel is of highest quality and hot galvanized.
- Consists of an integral motorized gear box, two main rollers and a spring loaded sensor roller, all placed in a galvanized steel frame.
- The wear surfaces of the rollers are based on mesh steel to ensure a long life time and accurate measurements.
