This large heavy duty brake washer is designed for commercial trucks, buses, tactical vehicles, and off highway equipment that is serviced on safety stands. Its low profile and folding handle allow it to creep into the limited space available in these situations. This washer features a flow-thru parts cleaning brush with stiff durable bristles for extended life and vigorous cleaning action. A long 9" flexible injector nozzle is used to flush the drum. This requires no electricity, only 30 psi of compressed air. An integrated air regulator limits pressure and eliminates the need to regulate main shop air pressure. The drying gun with safety tip allows technicians to quickly dry the drums or rotors before installing and lubricating pads and shoes. Large basin measures 23" x 21". Durable polyethylene basin stands up to rough handling and won't dent, crack, or bend. The heavy duty rubber cover doubles as a drain pad to catch back splash and direct run-off from the brakes back into the basin. The vinyl clad metal grill won't rust, and supports up to 200 lb. The deep basin measures 19 wide x 21 deep x 7 height and holds 8 gallons of cleaner. The reusable stainless prefilter sits on top of grill and collects heavy dirt and debris that can accumulate on commercial vehicles. The 15 micron cloth filter catches debris and extends the useful life of cleaning solution. This durable filter can be washed and used repeatedly before disposal. The reusable oil magnet absorbs and retains 1/2 liter of oil from the cleaning solution. The washer uses TNT cleaner concentrate (included). This is a non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable cleaner derived from all natural sources. 1 Liter of concentrate makes 8 gallons of potent cleaning solution. In most parts of the world, waste water from the basin can be disposed of in the sanitary sewer. Filters can be disposed of as ordinary shop waste. Consult local authorities for information regarding disposal in your area.
