BM 4010 Brake Tester, In Ground, without Subframe, 4,000 kg Capacity

Strong flush-floor in-ground brake tester for light vehicles with axle loads up to 4000 kg

The design of the BM4010 roller brake tester is unique as it allows for split bed installation over an inspection pit and is the least expensive brake tester model to retrofit/install into an existing concrete floor.

This brake tester features a large range of options that allows for a customised configuration.

Supplied to you as standard with either a mobile, wall or floor mounted dial display for easy readings of brake force. Also includes Infra-red remote control with constant 4WD facility. Displays brake force readings for right and left wheel and also brake force imbalance % i.e. over 20% fail WOF test. Optional printer or PC RS232 connection for recording, storing and displaying test data on a PC. Please note, the subframe is not included in pricing and is an optional extra.

Installation

• Hot galvanized subframes can be concreted into the ground before the actual brake tester is installed
• The subframes ensures easier planning and implementation of installation as well as correct alignment of the brake tester during concreting
• Can be installed both indoor and outdoor in most environments from -30ºC to 60°C and humidity up to 95%
• Fitting adaptor plates are available if subframe is not required
• We can install this Brake Roller anywhere in New Zealand
• Civil works requirements to fit the Brake Roller can be undertaken by Sulco on request
